The struggle of the mine workers resisting for their rights at Doruk Miningended in victory. Announcing that all receivables of the workers, including severance, Collective Bargaining Agreement differences, and unpaid leave wages, have been deposited into their accounts, Independent Mine Workers' Union stated, "We resisted together, we won together." The delegation in Ankara is now moving to stand by the resisting Özşen Miningworkers in Edirne.
The miners' resistance, which had been continuing with determination for days against the usurpation of rights at Doruk Mining, resulted in a major workers' victory. All usurped rights and receivables of the mine workers were deposited into the workers' accounts as a result of the determined struggle conducted.
MONITORING MECHANISM AGAINST POTENTIAL DEFICIENCIES
Assistance was also secured against the possibility of any calculation errors or deficiencies in the payments made. An official monitoring mechanism, which will supervise the subsequent process, was defined between the union, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, and the company.
On the other hand, the results of the inspection maintained by the ministry regarding union rights and the practice of mandatory unpaid leave were also bound to the agreement. As a result of the inspection, a definitive agreement was reached ensuring that any kind of additional rights that may arise in favour of the workers will be paid immediately by the company without raising any objections.

Making statements following the victory, the union and worker representatives drew attention to the importance of solidarity with the following expressions:
"We did not fall for any words, we only believed in our will and solidarity. We thank our people and friends of the miners who walked with us. We resisted together, we won together!"
NEW ROUTE IS EDIRNE AFTER ANKARA
Successfully completing the protest process in Ankara, the worker and union delegation set off after the Doruk Miningvictory to give support to the Özşen Miningworkers, who have been maintaining their resistance for their rights for 15 days in Edirne under the leadership of the union. In the statement, it was emphasised that "We will struggle against slavery at all times and everywhere."
